The win-win way.
Helping visionary leaders and teams achieve extraordinary results.
Peak performance vs. disengagement
Success-oriented individuals and teams come to us seeking a new approach to the endless stream of distraction, information and responsibility that overwhelm their people, time and capacity.
This never-ending barrage leads to stress and a lack of focus. Our shattered attention makes it challenging to prioritize and achieve meaningful goals at work or in personal life. We help people to reclaim their time and focus from distraction, starting with a clear vision and purpose. We teach powerful techniques and tools, and how to harness their mindset to start getting the results they want professionally while simultaneously enhancing their personal thriving.
Cognitive High Performance Solutions (CHPs) works with leaders, visionaries and teams who want to unlock next-level productivity, engagement and impact in both their professional and personal lives - without burnout.
Under the leadership of Dr. Narath Carlile, CHP's "cognitive athlete" approach blends the latest insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, organizational psychology, and data science to achieve whole-life peak performance for individuals and organizations alike.
Improve engagement and retention, reduce burnout and boost KPIs. Build a culture of thriving through purposeful productivity, smart norms, and human-centric processes designed to help people feel valued and motivated. Thriving people are the secret to a productive, successful team.
“For those who seek a life that isn’t a zero-sum game, you guys are a massive encouragement - a transfusion.
Thank you.”

'Human capital' meets 'human flourishing'
We're reimagining the idea of human capital in the age of AI. As our scientific knowledge of human flourishing also accelerates, we begin to think differently about work, value and productivity.
Originally coined in the 1960s, the term 'human capital' described (mainly for employers and economists) the value of a person's education, skills and productivity for the company and the economy.
The 21st-century workplace has increasingly shifted towards a more employee-centric view, informed also by the growing research by cognitive scientists into human flourishing, flow and performance.
Today, we understand and recognize at multiple levels the value of investing in people's well-being and development. We teach techniques that help American knowledge professionals achieve desired states and outcomes, to work smarter, and to feel happier at work and overall.

ABOUT US
Dr. Narath Carlile
Narath Carlile, MD MPH FAMIA is the founder and lead coach of Cognitive High-Performance Solutions. He is also a medical doctor, healthcare informaticist, consultant, software engineer, community leader, writer, speaker, trainer and coach.
Dr. Carlile works with world-class organizations, business leaders and philanthropists to help them transform themselves, their teams and their organizations into high-performance 'cognitive athletes' through bespoke coaching and training.
BACKGROUND
After experiencing near burnout himself as a physician, executive, startup founder and parent, Dr. Carlile started thinking of a new approach that could help people achieve success in all the areas of life that mattered. Not a simplistic idea of "work-life balance" but a way of framing priorities, productivity, value and time that would help people feel like they could stop grappling with overwhelm and flourish more.
In 2013 Dr. Carlile began building solutions, from apps to timers to workbooks. Over the last decade, he's developed a framework for ‘flourishing through peak performance’, integrating research from neuroscience, psychology and data science, and writers like Newport, Seligman, Grant, Dweck, Duckworth, Csikszentmihalyi and many others, including continually emerging material.
Today, Dr. Carlile and his wife & cofounder Heli Tuomi run Cognitive High Performance Solutions (coaching & training) and MakeTimeFlow Labs (tools & software) from the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) in Kendall Square, Massachusetts.
“Excellent, supportive, and wise coaches…. I highly recommend this for busy professionals to take back control of time, to be able to do the deep work that really matters to you and is most rewarding.”
